Information only processed by the AI to generate your response. No user data is stored on any server we operate. No accounts, no analytics, no tracking of any kind.
All conversations are stored exclusively on your personal device using Apple's SwiftData framework. No conversation content is ever transmitted to or stored on our servers or any third-party storage service. Your conversations are yours alone.
Your messages are sent to the AI model solely for the purpose of generating a response. This is the only external data transfer that occurs. The AI model processes your message and returns a response — it does not persistently store your conversations or use them to identify you.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, IP address, device identifiers, location data, usage statistics, session logs, crash reports, or any other personally identifiable information. There is nothing to collect because there is no backend infrastructure associated with your use of the app.
Micro-Wellness Reset requires no registration, no sign-up, and no account of any kind. You open the app and it works. You are completely anonymous.
You can delete any individual conversation at any time directly within the app. You can delete all your data permanently by uninstalling the app from your device. Because data is stored only on your device, deletion is immediate and irreversible.
We do not sell, rent, license, or share any personal data with advertisers, data brokers, social networks, or any other third parties. There is no data to share.
This app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because no data is collected from any user, this principle is inherently upheld.
If we ever change this privacy policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where required by law, notify you through the app or other appropriate means. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
